PTA/CENTER SCHOOL SIGN INFORMATION

 The Windham PTA donated the sign located on the property of Center School.

By proper request and approval, various Windham groups, i.e. basketball, baseball, soccer, PTA, Windham Public Schools, may utilize this sign to communicate messages to the public.

All sign messages require the approval and authorization of the Windham PTA President and the SAU#28 Superintendent.

A minimum of one (1) week’s notice is required prior to posting.

Groups wishing to post a message on this sign must follow the Sign Request Procedure located below.

Messages must be limited to four (4) lines, each line no greater than 19 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

School-affiliated messages hold priority; assuming there is no conflict with school-affiliated messages, town-sponsored messages may then be posted followed by all other groups’ requests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Every reasonable effort will be made to post messages for the time period requested.

POSTING REQUEST PROCEDURE

In order to consider your request for a message posting on Windham PTA's sign located in front of Windham Center School, please email your answers to the following questions to Sign Posting Request: 

  • 1. What are your first and last names?
  • 2. Are you a Windham PTA member?
  • 3. What is your phone number?
  • 4. What is your email address?
  • 5. What is the name of your organization?
  • 6. What is your title?
  • 7. Tell us the earliest date you would like the message to be posted (mm/dd/yy).
  • 8. Tell us the drop-dead date the message must be posted (mm/dd/yy).
  • 9. Tell us the message expiration date (mm/dd/yy).
  • 10. What is your SIGN MESSAGE? Tell us exactly how you would like it to appear.
  • 11. Tell us any additional information that you think is pertinent to your request.
